Terms of Service

Nelliar ("Nelliar," "we," "us," or "our") provides TrashSignUp, a software platform that helps waste hauling and related service businesses capture, qualify, and manage customer signup leads through branded online forms, coverage-area validation, notifications, and a business dashboard.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using TrashSignUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TrashSignUp allows business customers to publish signup experiences, collect lead information from prospective residential, commercial, and roll-off customers, route notifications to designated recipients, and review lead status in a dashboard. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, pricing, service areas, and customer communications. TrashSignUp is a technology platform and does not haul waste, negotiate contracts on your behalf, or guarantee that any lead will convert into revenue.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You represent that you have authority to bind the business you register and that your use complies with applicable law.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize Nelliar to charge your payment method for the applicable plan fees, taxes, and any other charges described at checkout.

Free trials may be offered for new subscriptions. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged automatically. You can manage billing, update payment details, or cancel through the billing portal in your account settings.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Lead records stored in TrashSignUp are automatically deleted after 90 days. You are responsible for exporting lead data regularly if you need longer-term records. TrashSignUp is not a long-term archive, backup, or records-management system.

Account, billing, and operational data needed to provide the service may be retained for longer periods as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse TrashSignUp. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Uploading unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Collecting personal information without a lawful basis or required notices
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• Interfering with platform security, performance, or availability
• Reselling, sublicensing, or reverse engineering the service except as allowed by law
• Using the service in violation of applicable local, state, or federal law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for Nelliar, other users, or the public.

You control the business and lead data you submit to TrashSignUp. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your customers and obtaining any required consents. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

TrashSignUp is provided by Nelliar on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nelliar and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of TrashSignUp.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Nelliar in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
