Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
1. Introduction
Nelliar ("Nelliar," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use TrashSignUp, including our website, business dashboard, signup forms, and related services.
This policy applies to business users who create accounts to use TrashSignUp and to individuals who submit information through a business's public signup page.
2. Information We Collect
Business account data. When you register, we collect information such as your business name, email address, password, website, phone number, branding assets, service configuration, coverage areas, FAQs, billing details, and account activity.
Lead and customer signup data. When end customers use a signup form, we collect the information your business requests, which may include name, email, phone number, service address, city, state, ZIP code, service selections, preferred start date, contact preferences, notes, and pricing-related responses.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status, customer IDs, and limited payment metadata, but we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Technical and usage data. We may collect log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and diagnostic information needed to secure and operate the platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve TrashSignUp
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Deliver lead notifications and dashboard access to businesses
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and billing support
- Respond to support requests and service-related communications
- Monitor performance, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Business customers are responsible for how they use lead data after it is delivered through TrashSignUp, including any follow-up marketing or customer communications required by law.
4. How We Share Information
We use service providers to help Nelliar operate TrashSignUp, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing vendors. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information.
5. How Long We Store Information
Lead records submitted through signup forms are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted from TrashSignUp unless a shorter retention period is required by law.
Business account information, configuration data, and billing records are retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Technical logs and security records are kept only as long as needed for operations, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
Business users can update account and business settings directly in the TrashSignUp dashboard. You can export lead data from the dashboard before automatic deletion occurs.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at legal@nelliar.com. Please include enough information for us to verify your request and identify the relevant account or lead record.
If you are an end customer who submitted a signup form, we may need to coordinate with the business that received your request in order to fulfill certain requests.
8. Children's Privacy
TrashSignUp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through TrashSignUp or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
